Will my shirts come out exactly like the design I make on screen?
Yes! What you see is what you get. And to ensure your satisfaction, we send you back a proof with actual print-ready art and list out the size dimensions so you can make sure the size and design is perfect.
Our custom TEE-maker technology is designed to show an accurate preview of how your printed design will look. It is only natural that slight variations may occur due to differences in color calibration between computer monitors and the variation between printing on cloth vs. paper. If you'd like to include more detailed instructions about your order, please use the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS section in the 'Request A Quote' screen. Our goal is to make you happy. If you need further assistance in creating your tee shirts and other custom merchandise designs, please contact us.
What happens after I submit my request?
Each order is reviewed by a member of our production team. Careful consideration is given to the size, color(s), position, and garment type. At that time, If needed, any design improvements are recommended before a final proof is generated. A confirmation email is then sent to you contiaining the following: 1) Proof of the Artwork, 2) Price Quote based on the order specifications, 3) Sign-off and payment request. It is then up to you to sign-off on the order, and give the go-ahead for production.
Can I use my own artwork on the shirt?
Absolutely. You can upload your original artwork directly to our site, or you can send us a hard copy of your art for us to scan in for you. If you are uploading your own art, there is a menu box that allows you to browse your desktop and upload the file. Keep in mind the following before you begin designing your shirt: we will require artwork to be saved two different ways during the order process. A design version, and a print version. We explain both of these below:
DESIGN-VERSION...The first file type will be used by you to design with in TEE-maker. These files must be converted to the following extensions (file types) for designing purposes. The TEE-maker program allows you to block out backgrounds once the art is placed on the garment by utilizing the transparency sliders. Acceptable file types are:
.bmp
.gif
.jpg
PRIN-VERSION...The second file type should be sent via e-mail, referencing your order number in the e-mail. This file will be used to print with. This image should be the original version - a clean, high resolution version with a minimum of 300 dpi at the finished printed size. Remember, higher quality photos and images mean higher quality printing.
