Can College Hype Embroider or Screenprint our School's Custom Logo on to clothes that
I have purchased at another store?
Individual items cannot be brought in for Embroidering or Screenprinting because we produce all orders in bulk in order to keep uniform costs to a minimum. If you feel you have extenuating circumstances, individual exceptions can be considered. We recommend contacting us or your individual school for further assistance.
Why do you ask us to order our uniforms several weeks in advance of school opening?
Although we make every effort to anticipate your school's uniform needs for the coming school year, it is often difficult to predict the quantities and size combinations needed to accommodate every student with 100% accuracy. When you order in advance, it helps us to plan more carefully so that every student can be outfitted on time. By ordering early, you also avoid the inevitable "back-to-school rush" and the possible disappointment of having certain items out of stock.
How many items should I buy my child?
It depends on your laundry schedule. Most parents find that choosing 3-4 tops and 2-3 bottoms per season is enough for a wash week.
What size is my child?
Sizes can vary by manufacturer. we encourage you to check the sizing chart with
each item to ensure proper fit, or see our convenient sizing guide or call us at 888-983-3625.
What if my child needs a special size not offered?
We make every effort to accomodate each student's individual needs. Please bring your child to our retail store so that we can properly find the correct uniform for your child. You are also welcome to contact our Customer Service staff at 888-983-3625 for assistance.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Cash, and Personal Checks. There is a $30.00 fee for any returned checks.
Can I place my order over the phone?
Yes. However, we encourage our customers to either fill-out and fax a paper order form, or complete our online ordering system (if available for your school) , to ensure it's done accurately. Particularly during peak season we are extremely busy, and a phone order may not be a speedy process.

When is your Retail Store open?
Our hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 8am - 5pm, Saturdays 9am - 3pm. We are closed Sundays and most Major Holidays.
Do you ever have a sale ?
Yes! we frequently run discounts for back-to-school shoppers at the beginning of the summer. Check with our Customer Service staff at 888-983-3625 to find out if and when your school's uniforms are on sale.
How long will it take to receive my uniform?
We fulfill orders throughout the year. Each school program offers specific time periods for apparel availability. Some have ordering periods throughout the year, other programs have us stock apparel year-round. Check with our Customer Service staff at 888-983-3625 to find out your school's policy.
What is your Return Policy?
NEW, UNWORN, UNALTERED, UNWASHED condition with tags still attached within 30 days of purchase or delivery will
be accepted for return. If purchased on-line, we will refund the amount paid minus shipping.
Do your apparel items come with a warranty?
Manufacturer defects are covered for one school year. Please return any garment you believe may be defective. Upon evaluation, we will advise you if your garment meets this standard.
What do I do with uniforms my child has outgrown?
Many schools we have worked with have set up a "uniform closet" where parents donate uniforms that their children have outgrown. This often helps strengthen a school's uniform program by ensuring the participation of all students and teaching the value of giving to others in need. Ask you School Administrators if they have such a program in place. If they are interested in starting one, we would be happy to assist.
