Sales Representative
About the Role
College Hype is seeking a driven and personable Sales Representative to join our in-house team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in screen printing, embroidery, or promotional product sales who thrives on building relationships and closing deals. You'll be the link between our creative production team and our diverse client base — ensuring each project exceeds expectations from concept to delivery.
What You’ll Do
Drive Sales Growth – Identify new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients.
Consult with Clients – Understand client needs and recommend tailored screen printing and embroidery solutions.
Manage Orders – Prepare accurate quotes, process orders, and work closely with the production team to ensure timely and high-quality fulfillment.
Stay Informed – Maintain a strong understanding of our products, services, and industry trends.
Provide Support – Address client questions or concerns with professionalism and care.
Track Your Progress – Log sales activities and client communications in our CRM.
Attend Team Events– We work closely with many charities such as The Flutie Foundation, The Matt Brown Foundation, & The Martin Richard Foundation. Throughout the year, we collaborate on events with these charities and more, and will need to be attended by the sales team.
What We’re Looking For
Industry Experience – 3–5 years of sales experience in screen printing, embroidery, or promotional products is required.
Strong Communicator – Clear, persuasive verbal and written communication skills.
Tech Savvy – Comfortable using Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
Organized & Detail-Oriented – Able to juggle multiple clients and orders without dropping the ball.
Education – High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $45,000 (converts to a draw-based structure after 6 months)
Commission: Competitive, with performance bonuses and incentives

Our Weymouth location is actively seeking an energetic, positive-thinking, hard-working candidate to join our Production Department as a Screen Printer. The ideal candidate is a qualified machine operator with strong references and 3–5 years of experience—preferably on M&R machines. Manual printing experience is a plus. This position is responsible for producing high-quality prints for in-house approval and maintaining production standards.
This is a full-time, experienced position and requires the following:
– 3–5 years of screen printing experience (M&R machine experience preferred)
– Ability to be on your feet for up to 8 hours per day
– Knowledge of Pantone color systems and ink specialties
– Familiarity with garment blanks and fabric types
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Team-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
– Passionate about the printing industry and quality craftsmanship
Responsibilities:
– Operate screen printing equipment (1–12 color prints, including specialty inks)
– Set up screens, inks, and print jobs
– Mix inks and maintain consistency across runs
– Burn and wash screens as needed
– Maintain and troubleshoot screen printing equipment
– Ensure product quality and meet production timelines
– Train other team members using your specialty experience
– Collaborate with the Production Supervisor and Director of Operations
Miscellaneous:

– Contribute to continuous process improvements within the production department
Scheduled Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. with ample overtime opportunities from March through December (half hour lunch)
Rate of Pay: $20/hr (negotiable) based on experience, plus incentives for achieving company sales targets

– Fluent computer skills including email, internet navigation, and social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
Primary Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Art, and Production teams
– Answer phones and address customer challenges or order-related questions
– Support existing customer accounts and manage reorders
– Work closely with the Art team and customers to create templates and get artwork approvals
– Coordinate with embroidery and screen printing teams to ensure custom order details are correct
– Enter quotes and sales orders into the Shopworks system
– Schedule and confirm sales appointments
– Assemble sales kits and gather samples for customer meetings and showroom visits
– Confirm in-stock availability from suppliers, and handle customer pricing and quotations
– Interface with all internal departments and external vendors to help expedite orders
