The excitement is building for CoreyFest 2025, happening on November 1st at Citizens House of Blues Boston with Dustin Lynch. This isn't just another concert – it's a celebration of community, music, and the ongoing mission to support youth programs. The CoreyFest hats serve as both a way to show your support leading up to the event and a lasting memento of being part of something bigger.

A Legacy Born from Love

Corey C. Griffin (1986–2014) was a force of love, energy, and purpose. To know Corey was to feel seen, uplifted, and inspired. He made people believe in themselves, and he had an uncanny ability to make you feel like the most important person in the room. The oldest of three children, Corey Christopher Griffin grew up in Hingham. He was an accomplished athlete, playing hockey at Thayer Academy, the Taft School, and Babson College, where he studied finance and entrepreneurship.

From an early age, Corey believed in the power of giving back. He didn't wait for a "perfect time" to help others; he knew the right time was now. Just before his tragic death in a diving accident in Nantucket on August 16, 2014, at age 27, Corey had raised $100,000 for ALS research in honor of his friend Pete Frates. His commitment to philanthropy wasn't just admirable – it was infectious.

The Foundation's Mission in Action

The Corey C. Griffin Foundation partners with leading organizations to empower the Boston area's underserved children. The Foundation’s founders and directors believe that all children have the potential to succeed when afforded the same access to education, mentorship, and work opportunities.

Created to honor the memory and legacy of Corey, who passed away in 2014, the Corey C. Griffin Foundation has served and raised over $60M for Boston's nonprofits over the last ten years. Every purchase directly contributes to programs that make a real difference in young people's lives.

More than Just Merchandise

What sets these CoreyFest hats apart from typical event merchandise is the story they tell. The patch embroidery represents hours of skilled craftsmanship, but more importantly, it represents hope. Each hat is a conversation starter, a way to share Corey Griffin's legacy and the foundation's ongoing work.

The quality construction means these hats are built to last, just like the impact of the foundation's work. Whether you're wearing it to show support for the upcoming CoreyFest event or simply to represent your commitment to youth empowerment, you're carrying forward a message that matters. When you wear a CoreyFest hat, you're not just making a fashion statement; you're making a statement about your values and commitment to the next generation.
