A Night Where Community, Country Music, and Courage Collided
On a crisp evening in South Boston, something special happened at the brand-new Park City outdoor venue. The air buzzed with anticipation, string lights illuminated the night sky, and a crowd gathered not just for entertainment, but for a cause that truly matters. College Hype was proud to stand alongside The Thomas E. Smith Foundation (TESF) for their 15th anniversary celebration—the 2025 Legacy BASH.
More Than Just a Concert
When country music superstar Brett Young took the stage, it was the culmination of months of planning, countless volunteer hours, and a community rallying around a powerful mission: raising awareness and funding innovation for those living with paralysis. But this wasn't just another charity event—it was a testament to what happens when passion meets purpose.
The Thomas E. Smith Foundation has spent 15 years redefining what's possible for individuals facing paralysis, and the Legacy BASH (BUILDING ACCESSIBILITY STRENGTH & HOPE) embodied that same spirit of determination and hope. The Thomas E. Smith Foundation is often the first call for families and caregivers when a spinal cord injury happens. They provide critical financial and emotional support, help navigate short- and long-term care planning, and cover urgent needs that are unmet due to cost or circumstances.

The 2025 TESF Legacy BASH wasn't just a celebration of the past 15 years—it was a launchpad for the next chapter. As College Hype, we're honored to have played a part in this incredible evening and excited to continue supporting organizations like TESF that are genuinely changing lives.
