As we continue to expand our client base and strengthen our community partnerships, we're excited to announce that we're looking for a talented Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.

About This Opportunity

This isn't just any sales position – it's an opportunity to be the vital connection between our creative production team and the diverse clients who trust us with their most important projects. Whether it's custom apparel for a local businesses, branded merchandise for a corporate event, or special items for one of our charity partners, you'll play a key role in ensuring every project exceeds expectations from initial concept to final delivery.

You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding relationships with our existing client base. At College Hype, we believe in building lasting partnerships, not just making one-time sales.

One of the most rewarding aspects of this role is our work with charitable organizations. We're proud to support The Flutie Foundation, The Matt Brown Foundation, and The Martin Richard Foundation, among others. Throughout the year, you'll collaborate on events with these charities, making a real difference in our community.

Industry Experience is Essential

We need someone with 3-5 years of sales experience specifically in screen printing, embroidery, or promotional products. This background is crucial for understanding our clients' needs and the technical aspects of our services. You'll need clear, persuasive verbal and written communication abilities to effectively consult with clients and collaborate with our team. Comfort with Microsoft Office is required, and CRM experience is a definite plus. You'll need to juggle multiple clients and orders while maintaining attention to detail.

Educational Background

A high school diploma is required, though we prefer candidates with an associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Base Salary: $45,000 (transitioning to a draw-based structure after 6 months)
