College Hype is proud to sponsor the Annual TBO14 Golf Tournament, taking place on Monday, July 21st, 2025 at Northern Spy Golf Course in Townsend, MA. This meaningful event supports Jake Thibeault on his courageous journey of recovery from a spinal cord injury sustained while playing hockey on Labor Day 2021.

Jake's Inspiring Story

On Labor Day of 2021 Jake suffered a spinal cord injury while playing hockey that resulted in paralysis to everything below his midsection. Since that life-changing moment, Jake has shown incredible determination and resilience. In order to continue his fight to recover from this life altering injury Jake receives physical therapy four days a week at Journey Forward.

Supporting a Vital Cause

What makes this tournament particularly meaningful is that all proceeds from this tournament will go to the Bruin's Foundation in Jake's name to continue providing financial support for his therapy at Journey Forward. Every dollar raised directly supports Jake's ongoing rehabilitation and his unwavering commitment to recovery.
